Experiments were performed as triplicate measurements in three individual shake flasks. Operation conditions: n = 350 rpm, d0 = 50 mm, VL = 10 mL, 250 mL shake flask, T = 37 °C, tmeas= 6 min. RQ is displayed for OTR values larger than 3 mmol/L/h
