From: Bioelectric profiling of Rickettsia montanensis in Vero cells utilizing dielectrophoresis
Cell diameter and membrane thickness for the healthy and infected Vero cells across 8 cell images obtained from Transmission Electron Microscopy. The cell diameter between the infected and healthy cells were statistically distinct whereas there were no significant differences observed in membrane thickness.
