The molecular weight of photosynthetic HA produced by engineered cyanobacteria. Weight average molecular weight (Mw) and number average molecular weight (Mn) of photosynthetic HA was determined by gel filtration chromatography-a refractive index detector (GPC-RI) at 1 mL/min.
